Washington State’s Aero Law Group PLLC Welcomes Aviation Transactions Attorney Paul Lambert

Aero Law Group PLLC announces the appointment of Paul Lambert as the newest attorney to join the team. The aviation transactions law firm focuses on representing commercial airlines, corporations and individuals in the purchase and sale of aircraft, tax planning and SEC disclosure issues, and aircraft ownership and operational structuring. Lambert will be responsible for representing clients in sales, leasing, financing and the exchange of business and commercial aircraft as well as a variety of other aircraft support transactions.

Paul Lambert’s Background
Lambert brings more than 23 years as an attorney and ten years of aviation law experience to Aero Law Group PLLC. Most recently Lambert was vice president and deputy general counsel at US Airways. He has extensive experience in a broad range of aviation industry transactions, including aircraft operating lease transactions, secured loans, aircraft purchase and sale transactions, engine leasing and financing transactions, spare parts leasing and financing transactions, aircraft and engine maintenance agreements, aircraft hangar and operations space leases, aircraft lease returns, airport fuel consortium and bulk fuel transactions, and operating lease and debt workouts and restructurings.
In addition to his legal experience, Lambert was previously president of Arizona Fueling Facilities Corporation based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Lambert earned his J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law, and his B.A. degree, cum laude, in Economics from the Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Arizona State Bar.
Lambert grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. In his free time he enjoys hiking and traveling with his family. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Vice Chairman and of the Community Advisory Board of non-profit KAET Channel 8 Public Television in Phoenix, Arizona.
