Suburbanites closer to city should pay higher taxes
For those freeloaders who want the advantages of living on the city fringes but aren’t willing to pay the freight, the legislature should consider a measure permitting county taxes to be levied in larger amounts circling the city limits, gradually decreasing the farther out the property lies.
